Number Of Mailing and Zip Codes

We will mail out between 2,500 to 5,000 postcards to households every month in different zip codes in the Hamilton County area. Here are the zip codes: 37421, 37411, 37415, 37416 37377, 37343, 37312, 37363, 37342, and 37404.

How To Get Started

Click on the “Order Ad Space” tap, then fill in the information asked for. If you do not have a website, you can skip that box. There are 2 different sizes you can choose from. All ad spots have two price points. The first price point is just for one side of the ad spot. The second price point is The Exclusive Ad Spot. Choose the ad size that best fits your budget.

Exclusive Ad Spot

Exclusive Ad Spot gives a business the ability to advertise on both sides of an ad spot so that no other business can advertise on the opposite side of the same ad spot. However, this does not give a business the exclusivity of being the only business type. Also, this gives a business the ability to give the same offer on both sides or with two different offers, one on each side.

Design Process

Upload your Logo that is art ready, don’t worry about the artwork, it will be done for free. But if you have artwork for your ad and would like for us to use that, we will use the one you give. Next, give us your offer/s to be placed on the ad. If you like we can come up with the offer/s for you. Next, pay for your ad spot. Fill in the information asked for. Once your payment has cleared, the artwork will begin.

Artwork Approval

Once you have approved the artwork, we will send it to the printer. From there to the Post Office for mailing. Once every 6 months, we may redesign the artwork for free. This will keep your ad fresh. When we do redesign your ad, we will send it to you for your approval.

Payment and Cancelation

Payment for the advertising is a recurring monthly payment. Ads are mailed out on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time and rejoin at any time as well. To cancel your order, please call us directly at (423) 760-2555 or email m_edwards@onelynqmedia.com.

Free Sample Of Postcard

You can receive a free postcard sample. This will give you a feel of what your ad may look like. These samples are fake businesses but again, they represent somewhat of what the ads will look like. Just email us at m_edwards@onelynqmedia.com, give us the mailing address of your business and a contact name and we will mail you a sample of the postcard.

Special Notes

• All artwork must be approved by the third Thursday of every month before 7 pm. 
• All artwork must be sent to One Lynq Media by the third Thursday of every month at 8 pm. 
• All postcards must be sent to print by the third Friday of every month by 3 pm
• All postcards will be mailed out by the following Wednesday or as soon as they are printed.
